Контрактовий будинок – історичний торговельний дім у Києві. Назва споруди пов’язана з контрактами, які укладались у його приміщенні. Будівля – один із унікальних взірців архітектури класицизму в місті. Споруджений за проєктом архітектора Вільяма Гесте за участю Андрія Меленського.

An architectural monument of national significance and local history.
The Contracts House is a historical trading house in Kyiv. The name of the building is associated with the contracts that were concluded in its premises. The building is one of the unique examples of classicist architecture in the city. Built according to the design of architect William Heste with the participation of Andriy Melensky.
