Один із перших в Україні будинків, зведених для банківської установи. У декоруванні привертають увагу стилізовані елементи давньоруської архітектури. Побудований за проєктом архітектора Олександра Кобелєва.

A monument of architecture, urban planning and history of local importance.
One of the first buildings in Ukraine constructed for a banking institution. The decoration is notable for the stylized elements of old Ruthenian architecture. Built on the project of the architect Alexander Kobelev.
