Будинок прибутковий («Замок Річарда» – фольклорна назва), 1902–1904 рр., Андріївський узвіз, 15.
Пам’ятка містобудування, архітектури національного значення та історії – місцевого.
Споруджений на замовлення будівельного підрядчика Д. Орлова. За основу взятий опублікований проєкт архітектора Роберта Марфельда. Споруда виконана у стилізованих формах готики, що імітують середньовічний англійський замок. У будинку жили відомі українські митці.

A monument of urban planning, architecture of national significance and history – local.
Built by order of the construction contractor D. Orlov. The published project of the architect Robert Marfeld was taken as a basis. The building was accomplished in stylized Gothic forms, imitating a medieval English castle. Famous Ukrainian artists lived in the house.
