Пам’ятка архітектури, містобудування місцевого значення.
Належав старості Андріївської церкви М. Свєчіну. Дерев’яний, оздоблений різьбленням, є яскравим прикладом нового напряму в архітектурі кінця ХІХ ст., пов’язаного з використанням декоративних мотивів народного зодчества.

Belonged to the elder of the St. Andrew’s Church M. Svechyn. Wooden, decorated with carvings, is a vivid example of a new direction in architecture of the late 19th century, associated with the use of decorative motifs of folk architecture.
