Пам’ятка архітектури та містобудування місцевого значення
Будинок № 1/1 (на розі з Покровською вулицею) зведений у 1892 р. на кошти купця, потомственого почесного громадянина м. Києва, доброчинця Михайла Дегтярьова для вдів із дітьми, тому отримав назву «Будинок для вдів». Споруджений за проєктом відомого київського архітектора В. Ніколаєва. Цегляний триповерховий будинок на невисокому цоколі, Г-подібний у плані. Фасад будинку розкріпований, що підкреслено пілястрами. Зрізане наріжжя будинку завершує фігурний аттик.
