Пам’ятка архітектури та містобудування, історії місцевого значення
Альтанка збудована коштом купця й мецената В. Кокорєва одночасно з альтанкою на схилах Володимирської гірки біля фунікулера. Проєкт альтанки та її виготовлення з металу здійснила варшавська фірма «Гостинський і К°», керував будівництвом цивільний інженер Є. Єрмаков.
Альтанка шестигранна у плані, силуетом нагадує китайську пагоду.

Architectural, urban-planning, and local historical monument
The gazebo was constructed at the expense of the merchant and patron V. Kokorev simultaneously with the gazebo on the slopes of Volodymyrska Hill near the funicular. The design and metal fabrication were carried out by the Warsaw firm “Gostynski & Co.”, with construction supervised by civil engineer E. Ermakov.
The gazebo has a hexagonal plan and, in silhouette, resembles a Chinese pagoda.
